盐与癌症
胃癌
盐摄入量和胃癌密切相关（1，2）（图1），而且可能是胃癌的一个重要诱因。许多加工食品或方便食品（如速溶浓汤、酱油）中的盐浓度对胃有很大的刺激性。有人提出，高盐会破坏胃的上皮细胞，并容易引发幽门螺杆菌感染。
